Florida Dental License Renewal - Mandatory HIV/AIDS, Reducing Medical Errors, Domestic Violence and Required Continuing Education Courses for Dentists and Dental Hygienists. Florida Dental Licenses are required to be renewed by February, 2014. Dentists are required to earn 30 Hours and Dental Hygienists are required to earn 24 hours of continuing education every two years.
